  If you reschedule your registration 30 (included) or more full days before your test date (not including the day of your test), free of charge for the first time and a fee of AUD$50 will be charged starting from the second time.

  If you reschedule your registration 7 (included) or more full days before your test date (not including the day of your test), a fee of AUD$50 will be charged for each time.

You must reschedule your registration no later than 7 full days before your test date (not including the day of your test) or your test date can’t be rescheduled.

• 
  If you cancel your registration 30 (included) or more full days before your test date (not including the day of your test), you will receive a refund equivalent to 80% of the original test fee you paid.
• 
  If you cancel your registration 7 (included) or more full days before your test date (not including the day of your test), you will receive a refund equivalent to 50% of the original test fee you paid.

The remainder of your payment will be retained to cover expenses for processing your registration and holding a seat for you at the testing site.

You must cancel your registration no later than 7 full days before your test date (not including the day of your test) or your test fee will be forfeited.

Refunds will not be given if you do not follow proper registration procedures, fail to turn up to your test or present the required identification documents at the testing site.
