ACAT test report will be available 10 business days after you complete the test. You could have access to the report online in your registered ACAT account. The period of validity for ACAT results is one year.

Within 20 days after the score was released, you can request a review of your scores for potential changes. In your email, you should notify your name, registration number, test dates and the sections (writing and/or speaking) you want to be reviewed. It normally takes up to 5 business days to post the changes on your account.

Important policies regarding a score review:

• 
  You can only review your score once (if you want to review both the speaking and writing sections, then you must make the request in the same email).
• 
  There is no guarantee of a change in your scores. But if the review results in a change (lower or higher), the revised scores will be official.
• 
  Each section costs AUD$110 and you will receive a confirmation letter after the payment.
